Dejected, the featherless chicken falls into a mud pile, and soon so many leaves and papers are sticking to him that the four chickens do not recognize him and want to be his friend because of his interesting plumage. Quiere ser su amigo, pero ellos desdeñan al pollito desnudo. Abatido, el pollito se enfanga en un barrizal, y de pronto está cubierto con tantas hojas y papeles que los cuatro pollos no lo reconocen y quieren ser su amigo a causa de su plumaje interesante.
